At Time by Ping, we are continuously improving our products to deliver the best Time Automation software in the world.
We release new builds of our software approximately every month.
We recommend firms upgrade their timekeepers to the latest version in order to take advantage of bug fixes and features, and at least once per quarter.
To maintain our upgrade cycles, we retire software versions in the following manner:
- After 6 months, we end support for a release meaning support requests will be directed to upgrade to a newer version.
- After 12 months, we end service for a release meaning the software will not be accessible.
