Release Entry Issues

Release issues can stem from a variety of issues, ranging from network connectivity to settings in your firm's billing system. Before we escalate your ticket for further investigation, please try the following:

1. Edit the narrative of the entry in question, save it, and release it. Check to see if the release status icon is green ("Ready for release").

2. Restart Time by Ping manually from the taskbar. To restart the Time by Ping application, find your Windows hidden icons as shown below and right-click on the Time by Ping icon. Then select the "Restart Time By Ping" option:

Once Time by Ping has restarted, attempt to release the entry.

After you've completed these steps, please let us know if your entry was successfully released or if you require further assistance.
