Great question. If you have set an event in your Outlook calendar for the full day, or an event that spans multiple days, TBP will pick up that activity and place it on your Timeline for the day the event started with it's entire duration.
We recommend, if you want to bill for this type of activity (court case for example) you create these as calendar events for the estimated duration vs full day events. However, this doesn't stop TBP from capturing any additional time, you just need to delete the full event if you don't want to bill for it, and it will disappear.
