Outlined below are some common scenarios about Phase and Task Code behaviour when you manually group activities or entries together.
Exactly the same Phase and Task Code
When you group activities or entries together that all have the same Phase and Task code, then TBP will ensure that the PT codes for the new group will carry over.
Different Phase and Task Codes
If the PT Codes are completely different for the activities/entries that are manually grouped, TBP will remove the previous PT codes and will make a new prediction on the new group.
Same Phase Code, Different Task Code
If the activities/entries have the same Phase Code, but Different Task codes then TBP will remove the previous PT codes and will make a new prediction on the new group.
