Calendar totals & Release Status update sporadically

When you release time to your PMS, most of the time you will see that data reflected across the Time by Ping (TBP) app in all of the appropriate areas (Daily Totals in your calendar view, Weekly Totals, Monthly Totals, Release Status etc.). However, there are some instances where this takes a little time to update. The two main areas are outlined below.

Calendar Totals

When you make a billable increment adjustment on your Timesheet and then release your time, there are occasions where it will take a bit of time to update the daily calendar totals. 

A quick manual fix for this is to refresh the day in question. 

Release Status

When you release your final entry of the day, or you add another entry to a previously fully released day, TBP will update the release status of that day. This will take a little time to update and be reflected on your week and calendar views.

Again, a quick manual fix for this is to refresh the day in question.
