Weekly Status Not Updating on Release Events

When releasing time with TBP, sometimes the daily status indicator may not reflect the current state of released time (this is a known issue we are investigating). The good news is that your time will have successfully and safely reached your Practice Management System.


Our system will update after a short period of time, but to be sure you can refresh data for the day (using the refresh button) and see the updates reflected immediately.

We are actively investigating this known issue and will fix in a forward release.
