Time Totals: See How Much You’ve Worked

Have more questions? Submit a request

Easy access time totals show how much time you’ve worked, broken down by different categories to meet your specific billing requirements.

We know how important it is to track how much time you’ve billed any given Client / Matter so you know how close you are to reaching your billing targets. That’s why Time by Ping (TBP) gives you easy access to your billed time totals per day, week and month in a variety of formats conveniently located in both your Timeline and Timesheet.

How do time totals work?

TBP shows your time totals in hours, minutes and seconds through your Timeline and in billing increments through your Timesheet. We also know you’ll want to see your holistic weekly and monthly released time totals with a breakdown of time by billable versus non-billable clients and matters, so we can show you that too.

As there’s no one-size-fits-all time total format that works for everyone, TBP sums up how you spend your working time in a variety of ways. Here’s where to find them.
