The Minimum Activity Filter is designed to simplify your view of the Timeline tab and make it easier to parse through a high volume of work activity.
Note: if your Minimum Activity Filter is gray and does not drop down, you are likely on an outdated of Time by Ping. Please contact your IT team to ensure you have the latest and greatest.
Select a new Minimum Activity threshold (15m shown below) to change the view of your captured activities:
Keep in mind, this does not change what is captured for you in Time by Ping, but modifies the display so that longer activities are more clearly visible. Activities whose duration falls below the threshold you set will be collapsed, but will still be categorized to a client and matter if they are part of a linked session or group of activities.
