Why did my phone calls suddenly stop getting tracked?

There can be two causes for this:

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) has stopped sending call records or has stopped working
  • Time by Ping's Call Processing Module has stopped processing new call records 

For the first possibility, please verify that the missing calls are showing up in CUCM. For the second, please open a ticket by emailing support@timebyping.com.
