I can't release my time entries, what should I do?

Time by Ping relies on your Practice Management System (PMS) for releasing entries and will report any error message from the PMS if an entry has been rejected. Read the instructions and make any required changes.

Please note, you must be connected to your firm's PMS in order to be able to release. If you are using Time by Ping out of the office, you must be connected to the firm's VPN.

If the above does not resolve the issue, and you believe the issue is not with your PMS but with Time by Ping's integration, please email support@timebyping.com with the subject "PMS integration issue" and share the screenshot of the error along with your analysis after investigating your PMS.
